Additional Documentation to be included with your membership application:
- Consumer authorization and release form
- Criminal release form
- Pet registration form (if applicable)
- 8 weeks of paystubs from all forms of employment or most recent W2 form
- Your drivers license (a copy if you are mailing in the form)
- A one-time $100 application fee
If your membership is approved, there is a one-time membership fee of $500. When you sell your home, this fee is returned to you.

All applications must be brought to the Board for consideration. Applications sent directly to our property manager or other third party will be returned to the applicant without consideration.
