As of January 1, 2019 rent is $415.00 per month. Rent is due by the first of the month. A $30 late fee will be applied if the rent is paid after the 10th of the month.
Checks and money orders should be made out to Old Lakeshore Co-op or Old Lakeshore Cooperative. Checks made out to anyone else for the purpose of paying rent will be returned to the resident and fees applied to their account as necessary. The cooperative does not accept cash payments. |
